Under Contract!
This is it! We went under contract just barely today. We hope everything works out with our house in Colorado and the purchase of this one. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a full unfinished basement. (3381 totalsq.ft.) The outside has not been finished with paint and trim yet but will be soon. I'm dying to get in and set up the nursery. Patience! Where can I get some of that?!

WOW! so beautiful! I love moving into a new place, at least I think I would love it...I have never done it before! It looks beautiful, like a lot of work, but worth it! ( Only alot of work because we hate painting but it's alot easier with out all the furniture in it!)
We can't wait to come and visit you there...come here in the mean time, we are actually moving too so we'll have more room!
